General Information
ANE Model tests each electronic component thoroughly before packaging to ensure quality and guarantee it is free of manufacturing defect. Customer satisfaction is ourtop priority. However, due to any unforeseen reason that a mistake is made during installation, and following instructions in trouble shooting steps in a manual could not help resolve the problem, then please contact your local dealer or ANE Model directly.?
According to our experience most of the problems can be fixed by carefully following?
the instructions provided in trouble shooting section. Doing so can save you time and postage
Warranty
A.SmartSwitch™
1.If a SmartSwitch™control chip or servo fails to operate during first 90 days of purchase, ANE Model will replace it for free. After 90
days and before a year ofpurchase, ANE Model will provider free repair service. If after a year we will repair it with a charge.For
detailed rate please refer to repair fee guide.
2.If a SmartSwitch™ indication light panel fails to operate during first 90 days of purchase, ANE Model will replace it for free. After 90
days we will repair it with a charge.For detailed rate please refer to repair fee guide.
B.DCC decoder
1.If a DCC decoder fails to operate during first 90 days of purchase, ANE Model will replace it for free. After 90 days and before a year
of purchase, ANE Model will providerfree repair service. If after a year we will repair it with a charge. For detailed rate please refer to
repair fee guide.
2.If a speaker or any light panel that comes with DCC decoder fails to operate during first 90 days of purchase, ANE Model will replace
it for free. After 90 days we will repair itwith a charge. For detailed rate please refer to repair fee guide.
Mailing Instruction
1.If you have to send the product back to ANE Model to repair, please fill in Product Repair Form and describe the problem in detail in order to help
our technicians to identify the cause promptly. Also please send us the original receipt of purchase. We will send it back
to you along with the repaired product.
2.Make sure the return product is packaged properly, postage paid and insured. ANE Model is not responsible for any product damage
or lost caused by any third party carrier.
3.Return ANE Model product only. Under no circumstances should you send your locomotive (or other model) to us,
as we cannot assume any liability for their safe return.

Exclusions
1.This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, fire, floods, or other acts of God.
2.If a user does not follow installation instructions in a manual and cause a product damage or malfunction.
3.If a user does not follow operation instructions in a manual and cause a product damage or malfunction.
4.If a user removes the shrink tubing from the decoder, drills or enlarges circuit board holes,cuts or trims the circuit board or changes
any electronic components.
5.If a user does not follow installation or/and operation instructions in a manual and cause other model (any non-ANE Model product)
damage or malfunction.
